Mary had over 25 years of professional corporate experience working with in-house legal departments of several high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley. Her primary emphasis included contract negotiations and administration, subsidiary/entity management, and corporate governance records management. In 1999, she co-founded ADH Environmental where she served as a board member and corporate secretary assisting the company with contract negotiations, corporate governance, business operations, and executive management affairs. In 2021, Mary, along with all KEI board members, co-founded KEI where she was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition regarding legal, corporate matters, and development of KEI’s IT department. Mary was a principal, board member, and corporate secretary of KEI.
